User-entered data and calculations

Studio Sarthi calculates totals using the information entered by the studio owner, including package amount, team rates, expenses, discounts, advance payments, GST selection and profit settings.

The studio owner is responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of every entry and calculation before sharing a quotation, agreement, invoice, report or payment request. Studio Sarthi does not guarantee that user-entered information is correct.

Quotation and agreement templates

Quotation, agreement, payment-term and terms-and-conditions templates are starting points that can be customised by the studio owner. They do not create a lawyer-client relationship and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional.

The studio owner is responsible for ensuring that each document is suitable for the event, client, location, services, taxes and applicable law.

Electronic approval and OTP records

Studio Sarthi may allow a client to review a document, receive an email OTP and approve an agreement electronically. The platform records information associated with the approval process for operational evidence.

Studio Sarthi does not independently verify a person's identity beyond the verification method presented in the application and does not guarantee that an electronic approval will be legally sufficient for every transaction or jurisdiction.

WhatsApp and external communication

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web with a prepared message. Studio Sarthi does not provide WhatsApp automation and does not send messages through an unofficial WhatsApp API.

Message delivery, availability, privacy and account restrictions are controlled by WhatsApp and the user's device, browser and internet connection. Studio Sarthi is not responsible for failures or restrictions caused by third-party communication services.

Third-party services and links

The service may use or link to hosting, email delivery, payment gateway, analytics, cloud infrastructure and other third-party services. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by their respective providers.

A link to an external website does not mean that Studio Sarthi endorses or controls its content. Users should review the privacy and service terms of each third-party provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. Maintenance, internet failures, software defects, hosting issues, force majeure events or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

Features, layouts, calculations and policies may be corrected, updated, replaced or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

No guaranteed business results

Studio Sarthi is a business-management tool. We do not guarantee more bookings, higher revenue, improved profit, successful client conversion, payment collection or any particular business result.

Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the user's services, pricing, marketing, clients, team, costs and market conditions.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Sarthi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from reliance on platform content, user errors, lost opportunities, lost profits, unauthorised access, third-party failures or loss of data.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Intellectual property

The Studio Sarthi name, branding, interface, original website content and software components are owned by or licensed to Studio Sarthi. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except as permitted by the Terms and Conditions.

Updates to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Disclaimer, subject to applicable law.
