01

Eligibility and account authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. Information supplied during registration and payment must be accurate and kept current.

The account owner is responsible for all activity under the account and for ensuring that anyone using the account follows these Terms.

02

Account security

You must protect login credentials, registered email accounts, devices and OTPs. Do not share passwords or verification codes with unauthorised persons.

Notify help@studiosarthi.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily restrict access while a security issue is investigated.

03

Service description

Studio Sarthi provides tools for lead and client management, booking calendars, team and freelancer records, quotation and agreement generation, email OTP approval, payment and expense records, finance dashboards, studio branding and prepared WhatsApp messages.

Features may be improved, corrected, replaced or retired. We will try to avoid materially reducing a paid service during its current subscription period unless necessary for security, law or technical reasons.

04

Trial and subscription plans

A new eligible user may receive a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, business, phone number, email, device or payment profile.

Paid plans are ₹399 per month and ₹4,500 per year, plus applicable taxes if displayed at checkout. A subscription begins when access is activated and continues for the purchased period.

A trial or paid plan does not transfer ownership of the software. It grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the subscriber's internal studio operations.

05

Payment, invoices and renewal

Payments are processed through the available payment method or third-party gateway. You authorise the payment provider to process the selected transaction.

Subscriptions renew manually unless the checkout page clearly states that recurring billing applies and you expressly authorise it. If payment is not received by expiry, access may be deactivated until payment is completed.

Pricing may change for future periods after reasonable notice. Current paid access will not be shortened solely because of a price change.

06

Permitted use

You may use the service to manage your own lawful photography, videography, event or related studio business.

You must ensure that client, team, quotation, agreement, financial and communication data is collected and used lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.

07

Prohibited use

You must not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You must not upload malware, illegal content, stolen data, deceptive records or information that violates privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

You must not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory conduct or any activity prohibited by law.

08

User content and records

You retain responsibility for business data and content you enter into Studio Sarthi. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service.

You are responsible for reviewing records and maintaining independent copies of important quotations, agreements, payment records, tax records and client information.

09

Client and team privacy

Before entering another person's information, you must have an appropriate legal basis and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.

You are responsible for requests or complaints from your clients and team members concerning the data you control, while we will provide reasonable assistance relating to the platform.

10

Quotations, agreements and electronic approval

Generated documents are based on data and terms supplied by the studio owner. You must review each document before sending it.

OTP and click-to-approve functions are operational tools and do not replace legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the approval method is suitable for the specific agreement and transaction.

11

WhatsApp communication

Studio Sarthi may prepare a personalised message and open WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web. Messages are sent by the user through their own WhatsApp account; Studio Sarthi does not promise delivery and does not provide unauthorised WhatsApp automation.

You must obtain any permission required before sending promotional or repeated messages.

12

Intellectual property

Studio Sarthi and its licensors own the software, interface, documentation, branding and original content. Except for the limited subscription right, no intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

Feedback may be used to improve the service without payment or obligation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

13

Suspension, deactivation and termination

We may suspend or deactivate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, abusive behaviour, technical necessity or a legal requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue. Serious fraud, security threats or unlawful use may result in immediate action.

You may stop using the service or request account closure. Fees and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

14

Service availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, hosting failures, internet issues or force majeure events may affect access.

Normal support hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Response and resolution times depend on issue severity and are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

15

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Business, legal, tax and accounting decisions remain the user's responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Sarthi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss caused by inaccurate user data or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by the affected user during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

16

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect Studio Sarthi from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of another person's rights, misuse of the service or material breach of these Terms.

17

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through written good-faith discussion.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts with jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes.

18

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. Material changes will be posted or communicated where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, subject to applicable law.

Questions or complaints may be sent to help@studiosarthi.com, +91 9909012324, during 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
